Meet Mimi, a 2-year-old Havanese who got a second chance through Operation Kindness and has been loving life ever since!

Mimi was adopted by Elizabeth and Corey G. of Garland on December 11, 2008 from the wonderful people at Operation Kindness. Mimi loves jogging in the park, chasing after soft toys, and chewing plastic toys. She also likes playing Catch Me If You Can and "RLH" )Running Like He**). Mimi is cautious of men, but quickly warmed up to her human dad Corey now will even beg for his attention at times. Her favorite treats are Zuke's Mini Chicken Treats.

Elizabeth says, "Mimi is a small dog, weighing in at only 6 pounds. She is always styling a new bow or hairdo. Mimi is always looking for the most comfortable spot, either on the couch or on the bed. She'll dig and dig until she gets it just right. She enjoys spending time outside and takes off where there are wide open fields. She will roll over on her back when you tell her 'belly rubs' and will lay there until you get tired of loving on her. Mimi was my constant companion while I was home after losing my job and while I suffered through several medical complications. While she is usually a calm dog, the addition of [fur-brother] Gordo has helped her become more active and increased her playfulness."
