Picture this scenario: you find out that you're going to be traveling for work, and you've never left your pets overnight before. You research some boarding facilities but don't feel comfortable with your dogs being alone in a kennel all night. Stefanie started Concierge-4-Critters on March 1, 2010 and has already been profiled on RealFrisco.com in their Frisco Business Spotlight section. Concierge-4-Critters cares for dogs and cats in northern Dallas area, including Allen, Carrollton, Frisco, Grapevine, Lewisville, McKinney, Plano, Southlake, and The Colony. Services range from daily dog walking and in-home pet sitting to pet taxi services and house sitting. All employees of Concierge-4-Critters are fully licensed, bonded and insured, as well as certified in Pet CPR and First Aid by the American Red Cross of Texas.

Becoming a client
Hiring Concierge-4-Critters for your pet sitting needs is easy, especially with their online booking system. New customers simply enter the registration page and enter their zip code to ensure their home is within the service area. (If you are not in their service area, please call or email Stefanie to see about making special arrangements.) After zip code validation, you'll fill out a questionnaire describing your pet sitting needs in detail. Once you've created this profile and become a client of Concierge-4-Critters, you'll be able to login as a returning customer to reschedule visits and pay invoices.

When Stefanie receives your profile information, she will contact you to make arrangements for a free "Meet and Greet," where you and your pets will meet Stefanie and have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the services or the company. While Concierge-4-Critters has no breed restrictions, they do require dogs to be socialized with people and other animals. If needed, Stefanie can schedule additional introductory sessions to help your dog become ready to be a Concierge-4-Critters client.
