Meet Tes, a 6-year-old German Shepherd mix who is helping her community!
Tes, also known as Tessaroo, is owned by Annette B. of Plano. She is an active dog who likes sun bathing, meeting other dogs, walks at Arbor Hills and around the neighborhood. Tes is great at protecting the yard from those rascally squirrels. Her pet peeves are thunder, jumping unassisted into the back of the car to get a ride (she'd must rather be lifted into the car) and Annette sleeping late. Tes loves a Kong filled with peanut butter, treats, and pretzels dipped in peanut butter.
Tes is helping her community by being a Therapy dog! Annette describes the evaluation day: "The day we were to be evaluated to become a therapy team, we arrived early at the pet store to practice. Tes completely ignored every command I gave. I pleaded and begged but she wouldn't even look at me. I saw the evaluator walk through the door and told Tes that this was IT! We walked over to introduce ourselves and go through the evaluation. Tes did everything perfectly! The evaluator couldn't say enough good about her. Then Tes looked at me like, 'I don't know why you were so worried!' Gotta love her!"
Congratulations to Tes for being the DallasDogLife Dog of the Week!
