Keep your dog away from mushrooms |

You've probably noticed mushrooms growing in lawns around your neighborhood following all the wonderful rain we've had recently. The ASPCA advises dog owners to "ALWAYS assume that any ingested mushroom is highly toxic until a mycologist positively identifies it." Watch your dog carefully when you're out on walks and if he does eat a mushroom, get in touch with your vet right away.
