It's the last day of April and the sun is out, the birds are singing, and the allergies are flaring. While some pet lovers have had to live with allergies their entire lives, other very tiny future DallasDogLife readers are experiencing them for the first time. This week has been abuzz with discussions about allergies: from a DDL family seeking advice on dealing with their child's allergies to the family dog, to our guest writer discussing how we could be contributing to our dog's allergies, to this story about a British child who was cured of a pet allergy after taking a "hair of the dog" medication. Featured Review - Town of Addison Dog Park
After much searching, both online and in car, I finally found it. The rumors are true: there really IS a city dog park in Addison! While there are many obstacles to finding the location and then actually parking, once the dogs are actually inside, the park is actually quite enjoyable. However, if you are not a local then you must use this park at your own risk: the park is only intended for Addison residents. Even so, the patrons are very friendly - human and canine alike - and it's a wonderful park for both small and large dogs. Read the full review here.
