Come on out and check out our great selection of super cute pups available for adoption! We continue to save as many as we can from the Collin County Animal Shelter crisis as well as many others needing our help. However, in order to save any more we will need foster homes to place them in until they can find their furever homes! Fostering is a very rewarding experience! You supply the home, love, food, and toys, and we'll supply the rest. We have an EXTRA, EXTRA, EXTRA URGENT NEED for foster homes in order to get several of those pups out of a boarding environment. Please consider fostering and also ask everyone you know! They need a foster family desperately! We are also in need of volunteers that can help set up and break down our adoption events and help walk the pups throughout the day. Additional items we are in need of include crates, beds, collars, and leashes. We continue to need funds as well for medical and boarding expenses. Funds can be donated via our website at http://www.dfwpuppatrol.com. They can also be mailed to our office address at DFW Pup Patrol Rescue, P.O. Box 2467, Wylie, TX, 75098-2467 or come by the event and visit us. WE HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE!! |

Dogs can get sunburned too, so be sure to apply sunscreen when your dog will be out in the sun for extended periods of time. Apply sunscreen to the tips of his ears, bridge of his nose, groin area, inside of the legs and the underbelly. Be sure to use a sunscreen that does NOT contain PABA or Zinc Ozide (which is harmful to dogs if ingested) or a brand made specifically for dogs. |
