Instructor- Lindsey Hinds Think your dog would enjoy playing frisbee? This class is to introduce dogs and handlers to the great sport of K9 disc! You will learn how to build your dog's drive for the frisbee and the basics of disc handling. This class is held INDOORS at Dog City Training Center in Carrollton and is a 4-week class. Once your dog understands the basics, you can move into Intermediate to learn all the "fancy" moves, like when the dog launches into the air to catch the disc, weaves backwards through your legs, etc. Contact the instructor for more info:

Dogs can get sunburned too, so be sure to apply sunscreen when your dog will be out in the sun for extended periods of time. Apply sunscreen to the tips of his ears, bridge of his nose, groin area, inside of the legs and the underbelly. Be sure to use a sunscreen that does NOT contain PABA or Zinc Ozide (which is harmful to dogs if ingested) or a brand made specifically for dogs. |
