Rockwall downtown square is going to the dogs. We will have vendors of dog specialty items, contests with prizes, and so much fun. Contests include Best Costume, Best Trick, Best Pooch Smooch, and Bobbing for Balls. After the festival, the city is opening the pool to the dogs for splash day. This is the first year for the event and we hope to make it an annual event with your support.
